For when you want to express your love with the epitome of charming French jewellery. The phrase is from a poem by Rosamund Gérard (the wife of the author of Cyrano De Bergarac!). She is most famous for the couplet: "For, you see, each day I love you more, Today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow". The phrase became celebrated as an expression of ever-growing love when, in 1907 (17 years after its publication), a Lyonnais jeweler, Alphonse Augis, had the idea of making a medallion with the core portion of the verse engraved on it. The words "plus" and "moins" are replaced by the mathematical + and − signs, respectively.

Lapis Lazuli literally means "stone (of/from) the sky". Its intense colour has attracted the attention of artists for thousands of years. Ancient Egyptians used it to create blue cosmetics. In the Renaissance, painters ground the stone to make ultramarine, a blue pigment used for skies and seas. This is a sumptuous pendant of over 6 grams of 9k yellow gold set with midnight blue lapis lazuli. I created the model first in clay. I then had the clay piece moulded and cast into buttery 9k solid yellow gold and set with a hand carved piece of lapis lazuli in a cloud shape.
