WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT:

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards. 

ORDERING ONLINE

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All payments on the website are conducted through PayPal to ensure safe transaction.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders within Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe there are no customs or import charges. For the rest of the world your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We use the registered post service provided by An Post. We will post for free to anywhere in world that An Post delivers to.

PACKAGING

Your jewellery will be sent to you in high quality Ella Green Jewellery boxes. We always package our items securely and safely.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We offer an exchange or refund if you decide to return your order within 100 days of purchase. If you received your Ella Green piece as a gift and don't have a receipt we are happy to exchange your piece for something else from the Ella Green collections.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable. Earrings are currently non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives defective or damaged, send us an email at hello@ellagreenjewellery.com and we will confirm the return address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to return your item.
